Terms of Service

Last updated June 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of Bulrix — the invoicing, estimating, and job-management platform at bulrix.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What Bulrix is

Bulrix is software that contractors use to create and send estimates and invoices, collect approvals and payments, and manage their work. Customers of those contractors use Bulrix to review, approve, and pay the documents their contractor sends them.

2. Accounts

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials private — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

3. Acceptable use

Use Bulrix only for lawful business purposes. Do not send fraudulent or misleading documents, misrepresent who you are, attempt to break or probe the service’s security, or use it to send spam.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms. Bulrix never stores card numbers. Payment processing fees and any platform pricing are as posted in the product at the time of the transaction.

5. The contractor–customer relationship

Bulrix is the tool, not a party to the work. Estimates, invoices, the work itself, its quality, scheduling, warranties, and any disputes are strictly between the contractor and their customer. When a customer approves an estimate or change order through Bulrix, the Estimate & Change Order Approval Terms describe what that approval means.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent the law allows, Bulrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Bulrix in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your settings; your business records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law and contact PLACEHOLDER

[PLACEHOLDER — to be completed: the legal entity operating Bulrix, the governing law and state, and the contact address/email for legal notices.]

This page is a general template provided by the Bulrix platform and is not legal advice. See also the Privacy Policy and the Estimate & Change Order Approval Terms.
