1. What we collect

Account information (name, email, business details you enter); the business records you create — clients, properties, estimates, invoices, photos, and approvals (including the typed name, date, and IP address recorded with an electronic acceptance); and basic usage and log data. Payments are processed by Stripe — Bulrix never stores card numbers.

2. How we use it

To run the service: creating and delivering your documents, processing payments, sending the emails and notifications the product describes (invoices, reminders, receipts), securing accounts, and improving the product. We do not sell personal information.

3. Third parties

Data is shared with the processors that make the service work: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (address lookup and autocomplete), and Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage). Each receives only what its role requires.

4. Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal account details are anonymized; issued business documents (invoices, estimates) are preserved as financial records.
